Hostel Ceklin is located in the centre of Stara Fužina village in Bohinj – right next to Lake Bohinj. The location is optimal starting point for the most attractive hikes around the area.
Lake Bohinj is only 1 km from us – 10 minutes walking distance. You can park your car here freely and go explore wonderful nature, the Mostnica gorge,Voje valley and waterfall Savica.
You can go up to Vogar from here and admire the lake from above.
We are located right next to the bike path and we offer bike rental service.
Next to the Hostel is stream Mostnica which has a very relaxing effect. While you are sitting in front of the house you can admire our highest mountain Triglav (2864m) – our pride and symbol of Slovenia.
Shops, restaurants with local food, bars, ATMs are walking distance away. Close by you will also find library, church, info center and center of Triglav National Park.

e continue the journey in tourism started by our ancestors – room rental has been a family business for long 98 years.
We like nature, love hiking and admire animals – that’s why we have a small farm here as well. We can share many more or less known facts and tips about the beauties of Bohinj area.
